SUPREME FLOAT is a luxury floatation therapy studio offering sensory deprivation tank experiences to promote relaxation, recovery, and mental clarity. Located in a bustling metropolitan area, the studio caters to wellness-conscious individuals, athletes, creatives, and professionals seeking mental reset and physical recovery.

The studio needed a website that would both educate potential clients on the benefits of floating and serve as a seamless booking and brand experience hub.

My process began with:

  • User flow analysis to reduce friction in booking, learning, and navigating the site


Key insights:

  • Most first-time users had no prior knowledge of floating therapy

  • Education needed to be friendly, simple, and science-backed

  • Mobile accessibility was essential, with over 65% of users browsing on smartphones
